I am able to describe the traits of an effective leader

The traits of an effective leader are Integrity, Trustworthy, Resilient, Goal focused, Active Thinker and motivational. For reading in one of my sessions we read about Sir Edmond Hillary and we said how he showed leadership.

This is the activity we did. We had to describe the leadership traits of Sir Edmond Hillary. 

The Solo level I have reached is Multistructrual because I am able to describe the traits of an effective leader.  

Orana Park

WHAT: We have had a trip to Orana Park to learn about communities.

SO WHAT: I learnt that the Gorilla leader is a silver back and Giraffes fight with their necks 

NOW WHAT: How many animals are at Orana 

Reading/Writing

WHAT: We have been learning about the language in a narrative story 

SO WHAT:  This is the title page of the story Kehu my group had for reading last week.

NOW WHAT: For writing I am doing a story about 3 Kiwi racing drivers against 3 Aussie Driver in a big race at Bathurst in Australia.

 

Athletics

WHAT: We are building up to the Kauri Athletics Day

SO WHAT: I'm improving on long jump.

NOW WHAT: I want to get a new PB in long jump which is over 3.4 meters. 

Art Mural

WHAT: We have been working with Room 1,2 and 11 to complete a mural for our school.

SO WHAT: 

I did most of the oars and I am happy with it.

NOW WHAT: If I could change some thing I would make it more realistic.

Te Reo

What: We have been learning about Te Huarere the weather in Te Reo 

So What: We have learnt how to say different types of weather and place names. This is one of our sheets.

Now What: I still need to work on my pronunciation.  

Rugby

WHAT: For 2015 I played rugby for Marist Greymouth 

SO WHAT: Our coach was Noel, our Assistant Coach was Andrew and the Manager was Belinda (My Mum). We lost our semi final vs Kiwi.

NOW WHAT: I really enjoyed playing with the team even though we lost 5 games.

I wish that I could play for Marist in 2016
